Perhaps there's something in your local.cf that is causing 2.60 to choke on it.

I have a system running Exim, SA 2.55 with Razor 2.34
I tried to upgrade to 2.6 as foillows
I still have the Razor source tree, so I cd to the razor directory
applied the patch to the source tree, seemed to go ok
I then did
make
make install
in the razor 2.34 directory
Next I did
