We run SA with Exim, using the sa-patch compiled in to Exim4. It was VERY easy. Just apply the patch, and compile exim and sa as normal. (spamd must be running as well as exim) see http://marc.merlins.org/linux/exim/sa.html for details. Our gateways serve over 1 accounts and '000's of mails
