[SAtalk] no rewrite of subject

i am using SpamAssassin-2.60 in conjunction with mimedefang 2.37 and sendmail 8.12.10 on solaris 8 SA is detecting spam very well. i tried to rewrite the subject. i modified /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf rewrite_subject 1 subject_tag spam report_safe 1 but subject is still
