I have a few users who want to know how to send mass mailings and not
get in trouble for sending spam. Does anyone know of a website with
guidelines that talk about opt-in/opt-out, how to know who you can send
mass mailings to, what kind of wording to use for the opt-out, etc.

I know this has been asked a million times but I couldn't find it in the
archives. Maybe it should be added to the FAQ.
I just installed Razor. How can I tell if Spamassassin is using it or
not?

but the point isn't to be perfect here. Just get the
highest majority possible.

Keep a database with every address that e-mail is sent to. Have a rule
with a negative value that checks that database on incoming mail.
I find it quite unlikely that any address that someone would send a
message to would ever be sending my server spam. Any thoughts?

Where can I find an older version of SpamAssassin? I'm looking for a
2.3x version. My false negative rate on 2.43 is through the roof.

I have SpamAssassin
installed on Yoda but not SkyWalker. I'm receiving spam and it is going
through SkyWalker. Has anyone ever heard of spammers purposely avoiding
the higher MX value? It doesn't appear that any non-spam is coming in
through SkyWalker.
How can you tell if
you've installed Razor properly and SpamAssasin is using it?
