but how can i know it is working ?? is there a test method ???

I have Linux Red Hat 9 , and i downloaded spamassassin in on it in my home directory.
when i try to install it i get follwoing eror message :
Warning: I could not locate your pod2man program. Please make sure, your pod2man program is in your PATH before you execute
