[SAtalk] SA don't use bayes since Friday ?

2003-10-13 Thread Muenz, Michael
Hi ML, I use SA 2.55 and have updated some perl modules (libnet, HTML-Parser ...). Now SA doesn't check the Bayes database and most spam gets through. Is there a problem with 2.55 and newer perl modules ? Thx - Michael --- This SF.net email

[SAtalk] Actual Documentation for 2.55 or 2.60 ?

2003-07-25 Thread Muenz, Michael
Hi, the docs at SA site have changed. Is that only a doc update or is it now for 2.60 ? I'm interested in the trusted networks feature. If it's for 2.60, is there a release date planned ? Thx - Michael --- This SF.Net email sponsored by: Free

[SAtalk] auto_learn with manual blacklist ?

Hi ML, I've set auto_learn_threshold_spam to 14.0. My Q. is, when I got a Spam e.g. from @valodata.com it gets about 10.0, then auto_learn will not learn from this, so I set the domain to manual blacklist that it gets +100. Will then SA learn from this Spam ? I think so, but I'd like to hear a "de

[SAtalk] skip some ip's to be checked

2003-07-01 Thread Muenz, Michael
Hi ML, we use SA on a Mail-GW and works fine ! We only use auto-learn and don't feed the bayes DB manually. My problem is that when a spammer sends spam to a postbox which doesn't exist, the "postmaster" sends the mail back over our relayer and then the bayes DB learns that mails from this intern
