$HOME/.spamassassin as expected, and works along with sa-learn.
I haven't tried using a common database for all users, and I don't know if
the users can run sa-learn to train the filter. It would save some
diskspace...

cannot see that spamassassin makes use of the filter.
I tried copying the files that sa-learn creates in $HOME/.spamassassin to
/var/lib/spamassassin/mok.prefs/ but it did not help.
I am sure there's a trick, but what???
