Thanks for the info. I will forward the second part to the Merchant

I am trying to understand why SpamAss is tagging orders sent to me from
my own web site as spam. I am using the shopping cart software "Merchant
Order Form" and about 1 in 10 orders gets marked as spam, depending on
what they have ordered! I found that those not getting marked as spam
are close to
Egads! I was bouncing SAtalk email since last weekend, so I am resending
the below question. Thanks.

Good news - my server admin added allow_user_rules to the local.cf file
(I don't have access) and my rules now work (from user_prefs). Now I
just have to solve that darn buggy_cgi thing.
Thanks,

Ok, I switched to NMS FormMail version 3.08c1 and I get the same
BUGGY_CGI result. Is there some configuration I need to tweak? Here are
my variables:
$DEBUGGING = 1;
$emulate_matts_code= 0;
$secure= 1;
$allow_empty_ref = 1;
$max_recipients= 5;
$mailprog
Thanks Bob! You read my mind!

I've actually found C-Panel to be more feature-rich than most host
interfaces I have used, keeping in mind I've never paid more than $20 per
month. My only complaint is that I don't appear to have access to my SpamAss
config files, so I can't alter the configuration from the default. All I

I don't believe that's what is happening. Both Outlook and Outlook Express
mark split email with 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, etc. The emails all have subject, to,
from, date, etc. I just tested both Outlook and Outlook Express.
This is different. With my problem, the subsequent emails have no header

I am using SpamAss through C-panel, which has only 2 options - enable and
disable. I have 2 issues I am hoping someone can help with.
1. There appears to be a bug where some NON-spam emails are split into
multiple emails! The latter half of the email appears as a separate email
with no date, subje
Has anyone created a user interface for configuring SpamAss? Or is there a
similar product that is more user-configurable? I don't have any more time
to learn how to code all the exceptions than I do to read the spam.

I am trying to install SpamAssassin. When I run the command "perl
Makefile.PL" in the \home\user\SpamAssassin directory I get the following
Perl error message:
"Warning: I could not locate your pod2man program. Please make sure your
pod2man program is in your PATH before you execute 'make'."
