2003-06-12 Thread Johnny L. Wales
Hi folks! I was wondering if anyone could tell me a reasonably easy way to have SpamAssassin on a different machine than sendmail/procmail? That is, I have a machine named 'mail', and it's got lots of stuff going on. We'd like to move spamassassin off to another machine (goon). On mail, however, w

[SAtalk] MS Outlook vcalendar doohickeys

2003-01-30 Thread Johnny L. Wales
Hiya! I'm getting complaints from users because Microsoft Outlook VCalendar messages are becoming just a wee little bit malformed, and thus not working at all. :) That is, instead of outlook taking some sort of action which asks the person if they are going to attend a particular meeting and updat

[SAtalk] Spam Assassin Installer

2002-10-16 Thread Johnny L. Wales
Hi folks! I installed SpamAssassin on my own account here at work a couple weeks ago, and saw how cool it was, and then I showed it to my boss. Then she wanted it and mentioned it to the CEO. He wanted it, too. Then I brought it up in a programmers meeting and lots of people wanted it. Still, we

[SAtalk] False positive reporting?

Hiya! Is there some place where I can send my false positives? As a for-instance, I got a message from sourceforge which said my mailing list ID was about to expire, and it got tossed in my SpamAssassin folder. I'd like to show it to you, but it looks like I already deleted it. -- Johnny Wales
