Just saw this in my logs...:

skipped: Bad file descriptor Insecure dependency in
connect while running with -T switch at
/usr/lib/perl5/i386-linux/IO/Socket.pm line 108,
line 358.
Anyone seen this?

Hey all!
Saw the following in my logs this morning:
Dec 16 06:39:54 gateway spamd[9846]: Cannot open bayes
databases /var/empty/.spamassassin/bayes_* R/W: lock
failed: File exists
Anyone else see this? Thanks!

I'm running Slackware 8.1 which comes with perl 5.6.1.
I've been running spamd just fine since 2.55 was
released. I compile and install SA 2.60 and all goes
well. When I try to start spamd here's what I get:

Any reason why the whitelist *may* not be
whitelisting? Kind of odd...I've tried both:
whitelist_from [EMAIL PROTECTED]
whitelist_from [EMAIL PROTECTED]
whitelist_from @domain.net
Yet the email is still processed. Anything I'm
missing here?
