[SAtalk] How can I mark all mails with specific words in the subject as spam?

Hi list, I use SA on Suse 8.2. How can I setup blacklisting based on the mail subject? every mail containing specific words in the subject line should get + 10. Is there any way to do this in /etc/mail/spamassassin/mail.cf ? Or somewhere else? I want this as a site-wide setting. TIA Gerhard
