[SAtalk] fold_headers broken in 2.60

ince many of my suscribers have problem sending mail to Sympatico's suscribers, I fix the problem on my side by simply unfolding headers with : fold_headers = 0 It's seems that workaround doesn't work anymore with SA 2.60Why the _SUMMARY_ and _REPORT_ variables are always fo
