I've just made it using Perl v 5.8.0 today and it is working perfectly AFAICT.

1)I see a lot about "special" rules on this list, but I don't know whether
they would be useful for me. I get about 500 emails a day, about 300 of
which are mailing lists and about 200 of which are spam.
