It's been a welcome addition to our user base. To date, just over 1500
clients have opted to use the tool and it tags over 15,000 messages per
day for those clients.
With a few minor changes to some of the rules, it's been a great
value-add for our clients.

I had a similar problem, and after going through the documentation I noticed
that the problem was that I had forgotten to add the following to the
beginning of the procmailrc file:
DROPPRIVS=yes
