ServiceMangaerClient would have to be rewritten to work via https. Are
there any plans to fix this.

a FaultListener, when the for loop runs the list is empty
and when it trys to access the list it throws the NullPointerException.
If anyone has had this problem or has any ideas why I might be seeing
this error please let me know.
