Encodingstyle

Hi     Can someone please help me figure out my problem?    How do I set the encodingstyle to IS0-8859-1. As I am receiving characters as this type, from my call.invole statement.   By the wall, thanks to you who helped my by my last question.    Med venlig hilsen/Kind regards
