Does anyone know how I can change the location of DeployedServices.ds to another location. I tried to specify the new location in weblogic.properties, but when I deployed it I received an error.

I am trying to use install apache-soap to work with Tomcat. everything seems to go well but when I attempt to run the testit.cmd from addressbook I get the following error:
