I'm confused, your classpath seems like a mixture between *nix and windows. I
doubt that this will ever work with the Sprinta2000_20.zip ftpbean.jar and
all the other *nix based classpath.
Fix your classpath issue first. I'm pretty sure that this is the case.

This render me to make my servlet have to live inside the
org.apache.soap.server.http package. I wonder what the reason to make this
function not public?
