I did succesufully use .Net
Beta 2 with SOAP2.2 on an OS/390 V2.10. You must be very careful with the
WSDL you use. If it is not corrrect, the "Add Web Reference..." option of
VStudio may not function properly. I've used IBM's WSTK2.4 and GLUE, and both
run ok.

this module contains a bug. 1.3.0 is ok. I haven't tried the newer versions
