desktop file not appearing

Mesa 13.0.4 snap?

Hi everybody, I have seen that mesa 13.0.4 won't ship on Ubuntu 16.04.2 but that a PPA has been made available for this (e.g. to play with DiRT). I deduct it was a pretty requested update. Would it be technically possible to have a mesa snap for the classical systems? Or a similar approach is rest
