Indeed, libdrmaa was linked against the wrong version of libslurm:
ldd /usr/local/lib/libdrmaa.so.1.0.8
linux-vdso.so.1 => (0x7ffe17b8b000)
libslurm.so.36 => /usr/local/lib/libslurm.so.36 (0x7f237179f000)
libdl.so.2 => /lib64/libdl.so.2 (0x7f237159b000)
