[slurm-users] problem building pam_slurm_adopt

I am trying to build the pam_slurm_adopt module for pam, by following the directions found on https://slurm.schedmd.com/pam_slurm_adopt.html which says to get into contribs/pam_slurm_adopt/ and do make && make install However, cd-ing into that directory and running make just gives # make
