is not an option since we have
some nodes with less memory and the jobs wouldn't fit properly on those
nodes.
Shouldn't
OverSubscribe=YES:4
limit the running jobs on a node to max 4 independently of the mem request?
Many thanks for any advice,
Richard

Hi all,
I have to change our set up to be able to update the total number of
available licenses due to users checking out licenses interactively.
We now use Local Licenses, and could just regularly update slurm.conf and
reconfigure, but I don't think that is the best solution.

--ntasks=40*#nodes
or
--ntasks=48*#nodes
depending on which partition gets selected by Slurm.
Can this be done?
An option similar to --ntasks=USE_ALL_CORES would be great.
Many thanks,
Richard
