I just wanted to put a side note of Xylitol --- it's safe for humans, but if anyone who has dogs, please be very very careful not to have it laying around (gum, candy, drinks, toothpast etc) or spilled where your dog can ingest it. It's lethally toxic and a dog can die within 20 minutes. FMI http:

I enjoy the email-list-serv format. It's less cumbersome than going through a forum --- easy to highlight, cut, save and paste on my windows too for my medical research, etc. RaVen
