Well, I stopped taking the ratings seriously. I hover around 1350-1400 and get beaten by all kinds. But, I am learning a lot by letting my rating be a part of the game. Playing with so many people, and restricting it to just 2-3 specific time to play makes a huge difference. My win %age is about 30
