You can change the maximum number of files in /proc/sys/fs/file-max.
Try moving it to 20480:

I have configured dial-in service on linux 7.3 server
whose ip is 192.168.32.37
for dailin ( p-t-p)
server ip address : 192.168.54.20
client ip address : 192.168.54.30
i v setted up correctly and getting connected
but problem is
my client ( windows xp pc) 192.168.54.30 is able
to ping 192.168.54.
