I have the following problem when I shut down my laptop with Xircom 10/100 Ethernet 56k modem. Seems like it's about the serial/modem on the card. Eth0 is stopped ok at anytime, and everything works when it's all running. I also checked the runlevels. I run Red Hat 7.1. All updates done. Kernel 2
