I merely call the IFD_GetCapabilities function in the IFD_Handler to get the
card status from SCARDTRACK. I'm currently using the Tag ICC_STATE. If you
want to block at the driver level you might use the tag ICC_STATE_BLOCK or
something. You would do this in the IFD_Handler's GetCapabilities fu

Many of the APDU's for the Cryptoflex/Multiflex ICCSP will work with the
Cyberflex 4k/8k cards. The Open16k is not yet supported as of this time but
would not be all that hard to support ( just have to change the APDU's : ) I
will probably support the new Open 16k that supports ISO error returns
