I forgot to mention in the README for PC/SC that you must set your
LD_LIBRARY_PATH env variable to:
../src/resmgr:../src/iccsp/slb_crypto4k
for the test program to work. I'll try to have an automated install
script on the next release that will take care of setting these for you.
