I have released a new version of CT-API driver for Towitoko readers.
The source code is now compiled with libtool and package has been built
using GNU utilities autoconf and automake.
I have also added the code for handling T=0 NULL procedure bytes

used some sample code and have started a CT-API for the Litronic Argus 210
smartcard reader but it currently only runs under Solaris. Solaris seems
to come with a broader termios with defines that allow you to set lines on
