rid of the SCardReadMemory and SCardWriteMemory functions and use the Mct
specs for communicating to the card. Basically the driver will be

I don't think the ECO 5000 driver is quite ready for memory cards. All the
stubs are there and the functions are defined in the driver but they don't
do anything. You might see when the developer is going to add i2c support.
