I completely agree that we do need a resource manager. Anybody up for
implementing PC/SC under Linux ? I'll get the Word doc and do the
conversion of the resource manager specs.

On a further inspection, all the .ps files concerning the ressource manager in
PC/SC seem to be corrupt (p5v10.ps.gz) - at least on linuxnet and
www.smartcardsys.com. (gunzipping is fine, however the file seems to be
truncated. All the other .ps files have 4 lines of garbage at the beginning,
