Forgot something in SVN log message

Hi :-) I forgot to write something in an SVN log message. Is it possible to correct it, or is it frozen for eternity? In detail: I would like to add to [rapid] Revision 240: - Make `gui.Window.GUI_Window` not tagged. -- RAPID maintainer http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/rapid/
