I created a new Emacs mailing list, emacs-humanit...@gnu.org. It was
created via Savannah project page, and seems to function well. The
only problem is that going to the archives, here:
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/emacs-humanities
produces a 404.
What do I need to do or whom should I

FWIW is worth it's displaying fine here, with empty archives.
