Starting this morning, I have been unable to do anything with CVS (cvs
update, cvs diff, cvs checkout, etc.) with my Savannah id.
~/GNU/www $ cvs update
cvs server: cannot open /webcvs/www/CVSROOT/config: Permission denied
Cannot access /webcvs/www/CVSROOT

File ACLs are not functioning from the new nfs1 server. I haven't yet
