Ruben found and fixed the problem today. It had to do with the
underlying host system blocking access.
Now that the problem has been fixed I have returned the cvs dns back
to the new vcs0 again.

Hi Phil - I searched for any "nelson" (real or user name) in the Savannah
accounts, and didn't find any Phil's. Also, there is no bc or dc project
