In my (short) experience, few helpful comments have hyperlinks to
external documents - most (all?) spam messages are link
I don't think we can catch the spammer, but we're working on avoiding this:

You can set up such a sender filter using Mailman - although nothing
proves that [EMAIL PROTECTED] did send the mail and wasn't faked.
