I removed all the mailing lists, which were indeed empty.
I trust you to decide whether the code should be made available to
others. If yes, you could upload it, describe the project as inactive,
and remove yourself from it. If not, just tell and I'll remove it
entirely.

As explained in the "my projects" page, we do not remove projects,
since they cold be useful anytime in the future for other people,
unless it is needed to avoid confusion (eg project moved).
