lzip -- "GPL version 2 or later" Done. arg-parser -- "GPL version 2 or later with link exception" I'm not seeing that specific text in the list. I switched it to what was available, namely "GNU General Public License v2 or later (+ dual licensing)" which seems to get the point across.
