Follow-up Comment #2, sr #110402 (project administration): Just to note that I expect that virtually no one will be adversely affected by enabling non-fast forward for nmh. It's a relatively quiet repo, the previous commit was nearly 3 months ago. I don't think that many people poll it nightly,
