every day in the morning. Ward implemented a change suggested by Karl;
after that, the discussion went astray onto how to get more columns
of output from something.

I have to disagree with Karl here. The cookbook is _very_ useful for some
projects. I use it for education, and translation teams coordinators would
like to use too. Italian already uses it.
