Follow-up Comment #5, sr #107027 (project administration): Inviting CIA in a channel must be done by you - Savannah only sends notifications to CIA, it does not operate the bot. Zeus: check if you can enable the XML-RPC support instead of the mail support, it's more reliable and responsive.
