Follow-up Comment #3, sr #106951 (project administration): I talked to two of the bzr backports packagers today, Wouter van Heyst and Jelmer Vernooij, and they will get Bazaar 1.17 into backports.org for Debian stable. Looks like they can probably do it tomorrow, (2009-08-05); I'll check in with
