Follow-up Comment #3, sr #105909 (project administration): Its a bug. It's been awhile since I dug through this section of the codebase, but if memory serves, watches are stored on a per-project basis; when the project was disabled or deleted, it SHOULD have removed the watch, or at least hid it.
