seems that the servers are really slow. Is this a permanent problem ?

system that we, the savannah hackers, can monitor.
sysadmin does use RT. Have you tried looking at the sysadmin
RT queue? Does some obstacle prevent you from looking at it?
If so, I can ask for that to be changed.
