gnu.org (fencepost) account, and the Savannah account creation
page wouldn't let me select that username, because, it seems,
it's already a gnu.org username... mine. :-) Is there a way

I have manually added the 0_6_0 tag to that file. Let us know if when
you add a new tag it didn't work.
I do not know enough about CVS to handle this, but the other
sv-hackers are on holidays, so you'll have to do with me :)

the normal way I had to add myself to the webmastering group.
