with sane and parallel interface.
I have Debian kernel 2.6.8 and plustek-pp-0.43-8.
I've installed pt_drv car 'direct' has to be used by
root and, using by root, scanimage hung up on
'sane-read' call.
My modprobe.conf file has
options pt_dr
