endian platforms has been committed to SANE CVS. Please everyone check

I've just fixed some remaining compilation warnings of the microtek2
backend in SANE CVS. As I don't have any scanner that's supported by
the microtek2 backend: Could users of such scanners please test the
latest version? Especially check if calibration still works as
