resoltion. The description seems to match the problem you notice. Maybe
you can comment on the bug and give more input.

With the rts8891 backend it is now working but apparently only in 75, 300 and
600 dpi modes. The default mode of 150 dpi? produces a blank image while the
1200dpi mode produces only half of

SANE 1.0.20.1 is up-to-date and okay. However, from your previous message
I saw that you had installed .deb packages. And it might be a fix to
uninstall it and to get the sources from the SANE server - provided it
isn't an unsupported sensor.

scanner working with SANE as it is currently sitting idle (works fine
