if the scsi generic driver
(sg module) has changed with kernel 2.3 and later. If I try to scan a
coloured image with Kernel 2.4, I
get a 'floating point' -error (gleitkommafehler). With Kernel 2.2.19 it

I have an old VOBIS HIGHSCREEN REALSCAN (3-Pass) which seems to be a
Microtek-Clone (the label on the bottom says a 'MRS600E3') which is
attached to an AHA152x-SCSI-Controller. In earlier versions of sane (I
guess until 1.0) the scanner worked without problems (microtek-device).
